Using ATBM-400B is not only convenient, but also avoids sample deterioration and cross contamination caused by contact with the external environment. The working mode of this homogenizer is to continuously crush and mix the sample contained in a sealed disposable sterile bag by two tapping plates inside the machine. This working method is widely used for the preparation of animal tissue, biology, food, cosmetics, microbial detection samples, etc. due to the fact that the samples do not come into direct contact with the working mechanical components, and have many characteristics such as no pollution, homogeneous and soft controllable fragmentation degree, and no need to wash the vessels. In addition, it is also very suitable for homogenization of tumor tissues (such as liver cancer, colon cancer, stomach cancer, breast cancer), which can not only obtain a large number of single cells, but also achieve mild fragmentation of tissue cells.
